New wheels with some sticky summer tires. Just needs a stiffer rear anti roll bar and some coilovers now and it'll be perfect.

For reference purposes
19x8.5 +40 offset, 245/40/19 all four corners. Front one rubs a little under hard braking into corners but fitment is good. Rears could use a spacer and do not rub at all.

Love the Carlssons! I wanted a set of those SO badly when I used to have my W124!

My first time light painting and seriously using a DSLR.
Taken with my dad's old Canon Rebel XTi 400D.
Factory lens, ISO 100, 30 second shutter speed, a cheap tri-pod and a cheap flashlight. Post work done in Photoshop.

Finally pulled the pictures off my camera and onto my computer where I can edit them. Out of the 20 or 30 that I shot, this one was probably best composed.

All those small upgrades have really made a difference. This thing is quite fun to drive now.

Just picked it up Saturday. Car is screaming for a set of wheels, lip kit, and a trunk spoiler to start. In due time.

Thanks. I actually just looked back through this thread and saw the previous owner shared pics on page 157. The car is pretty clean but does have a number of rock chips along the front and some random ones down the side that I need to get touched up. Once I get that done and figure out the bodywork over the next 12 to 18 months it will either get resprayed or wrapped.
