Default 17" wheel options? pics?

Since I have new Michelin Pilot's (just put on when I got the car), I really dont want to put larger wheels on the car and have to buy new tires. Sooooo, my question is, what are some good options for 17" wheels? Do other Lexus wheels fit the LS...like the IS or GS? Of course all the pics on CL are 18-20" and more When I pick the wheels I want, then comes the tint and Wald!

Are you going to put a Wald kit on your LS, and leave it sitting on 17" wheels? That might look kinda funny.

hadnt really considered that...I love the look of the dropped LS's, but I dont want a rough ride. The 20"s on my 4Runner made a huge difference in the ride quality. Stock rims/tires would ride really smooth (like the Lexus), but I feel more bumps with the 20"s and smaller sidewalls.

What about 18"s? or can people with 20"s chime in on how the ride is??
Thanks

Bluegsx, I'm riding on 20" and yes you do feel the difference but its not really that bad. Really depends on the roads in your town. If its decent with not many pot hole and such, 20" will work. Why not just compromise and get 19"?

STOCK = Awesome Ride quality...very Lexus Like
19s with 245-35F / 275-30R = Great Ride Quality...About 85% of OEM
20s with 235-30F / 245-30R = OK Ride Quality...About 45% of OEM

I can deal with 19's..but 20's I would just use for shows!!

I have proxes t1r's 245/35/20 on 8.5f and 275/30/20 on 9.5r and the ride is smooth even when my car is slammed. I figure the air suspension helps a bit. Potholes are what you should worry about with 20's. I just hit another one last week that popped my tire and bent another rim. I've bought 15 of the same 20's so far because of theft and potholes.

I feel your pain Mike as I just replace my rear wheel not too long ago due to a pot hole cracking my rear wheel. At $1400 a pop plus $300 in tire and balancing, it's starting to hurt a bit.

I have the 07 GS350 17s on my car (2001 LS430). They look good, keep the stock look but better overall appearance. If you want that stock look I'd go with these.

Default Dirty Car

Sorry I couldn't get it cleaned this weekend. Too many rainy days here in Tallahassee...either way here are some pics of my car.
