I do believe that if it's just the bumper you might have a good chance of doing this. The hood, fenders and headlights (minor changes 04 and up) are all above the bumper and if it's a straight R&R than you might pull it off. Check with a Lexus parts guy or a tech to find out if they share the same interior bumpers and supports then you'll know if you're good to go.

The headlights are bigger, dipped down more into the bumper and the edges are sharper both at the fenders and at the bumper than 01-03's. Also the grill is bigger and dipped down more as well. So if you just get a bumper cap, it's not going to bolt on where the fenders met the bumper.
