Interior color, 01-03 vs. 04-06

I'm not sure if no one knows the answer or if I didn't phrase the question correctly.
What I want to know is if the charcoal interior color in the 2001-03 models is the same shade as, or otherwise identical to, the charcoal interior of the 2004-06 model years?
I have a 2001 LS and I have the chance to buy an armrest that came out of a 2004. I have been told it will fit, but I want to make sure the color matches as well. I know there were many changes with the 2004 models but I don't know if the interior color is one of them.
Any help will be appreciated.
