Whats the most horsepower anyone has gotten out of their LS-430 and what kinda of upgrades make a significant difference?

Looking for technical Information on:
Supercharger?
Turbocharger?
Headers?
Exhaust?
Intake?
Chips?

I can not find any information on any of these upgrades and the ones that i did such as TOM's Supercharger and the exhausts offered on www.L-tunedparts.com do not give any information at all only pictures.

Not a lot of owners have ventured in that area, due to the demographics of the LS. Not much has been done in the previous gen's as well. So it might be a little harder to collect info, as opposed to the GS, SC, or IS.

Depends what you want. The old saying for engine mods goes "Fast, cheap, reliable....pick two". Then go from there

In the 400 section there is a guy who is in the process of installing a supercharger inhis. Very long, extreme details, and precise logs w/pictures of his progress. Check it out.

And L-tuned parts offers Forged H beam connecting rods in 3 stages but it does not list the diffrence between the 3 stages. It also says they are rated 800 to 1200 horsepower so would it increase the horsepower on a stock engine if they were added?

And whats so special about this hyper ground system. Does it really work? has anyone installed it? Also wondering if the Spark plugs they offer make any difference at all? and i'm also wondering what the difference between installing a K&N air filter and installing the Tom's racing air filter would be besides 40 more dollars for the toms and about 5 more weeks of waiting.
