I'm looking at ads on the web and can't tell the diff bet the 2 models by looking at it. How can you tell the difference between a regular LS430 and 430UL? The only diff I know is the back armrest contains the radio/massaging controls and fridge. Any other differences?

If there are numerous amounts of switches in front of the shifter lever, more than likely it is a UL.

That is prolly the best one. Because the suede headliner, headlight washer nozzles, and radar also come on the similarly equipped custom luxury package.

I own both 2004 ultra and regular with nav. ultra is much more quiter, i just realize it has double glass for my ultra, i feel the big difference between the 2.

ultra front bumper is little different, has the radar. but sometimes it's hard to tell if image is small.

Not necessarily. I have mine in the grille as part of the pre-collision system. The custom luxury package also includes a radar.

Also, double-paned glass is an option on the custom luxury (I have it on mine) - so it's not dependable as a distinguishing option.

A bit off topic, but I found a 2004 LS430 Ultra, Showroom condition in and out. Black/Black with 45K miles. Price 35K. Reasonable price?
