What's A good price for 04 LS430 UL?

Hey guys...I'm looking into getting a 04 LS430 UL with about 86k miles on it. What do you guys thing is a fair price, assuming it is in good condition, ie no accidents. The miles are high so I wanted to get some opinions. Thanks!

I would say about $27K-30K. The one on a known auction site is wayyy undervalued, and makes me some what suspicious.

how do you tell the car is a UL w/o it saying. My friend goes to dealer auctions, i got a print out of vehicles w/ all options and other info, but none of the 04' 430's mention anything about UL.
