4th would be the 07 to present ls460 and 5th gen is yet to be seen!!

 

The reason I ask was to buy a correct update navigation DVD for my 2004 LS430 and Sewell Lexus web-site have up to generation 5. If you guy could tell me exactly what part no., generation or whatever it is so I won't be buying a wrong disc.

generation for the car and the nav disc is totally different.....04 comes with a gen 4 ....05 and 06 came with gen 5!

So I should look for 4.7 or 4.8 version of the DVD navigation for my 2004 LS 430 correct?

 

Newest for you would be Gen 4 v7.1

I thought the NAV systems from 04-06 are the same? The cars are the same...
