60K service advice, pls
I am 1,500 miles away from needing the 60K service on my '01 LS 430, and would like your advice on what to have done. I'm the second owner. The orig owner had all his work done at the dealership.
The records show the tranny was flushed at 30,000 and the brakes were flushed at 38,000 miles. Drive belt and idler pulley were done at 30,000. Front brake pads replaced/rotors turned at 26,000. I've changed the motor air filter and cabin air filter.
I have a very good independent shop in Long Beach, Calif., that does my work so I can guide the job. What more should I have done, or considered?
I'm planning to check brake pad wear, and to pull the brake wear sensors and have them tied back, following advice found on this board. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks for any and all advice.

Add to 60K service post...
On the tranny flush at 30,000 miles, you raise a good point. I see that it's not called for in the service manual, but the original owner's records show it being done. But there's no explanation given for why, and where no owner's complaints in the service records. Maybe the dealership was pulling a fast one?
