Default Engine start time

Any help? - I noticed that my '01 LS430, with 93k miles, has a longer engine start time (2-3 seconds) compared with other demos I've tested with before (1 second or less, if not instantly). My friend suggested me to replace the spark plugs, and I did. In fact, I also had for the injectors cleaned by the auto shop, plus had the oil changed. However, no improvement observed still. Any thoughts will be appreciated!

disconect the battery and clean the throttle body with carb cleaner and a tooth brush ,,,, then start the car and keep the rpm above 3000 for a few moments

Mine takes about 4-5 cranks to start. Never bothered me, should it?

Same with my 04 - takes about 2seconds to start. It's done it from the get-go and I've told my wife it's one of the few things about the car that I've never felt comfortable with. My Dodge Ram truck and Acrua RSX both fire up immediately.
