Opening LS headlights is VERY easy compared to other Lexus headlights. Make sure you take out all the bulbs, screws holding lens in pace, and ruber covers. Bake in the oven for 13min @ 250F. Pry open with a strong putty knife or screw driver. The glue / sealant all stays together in a strip and is VERY clean to deal with. Go for it. Just dont swap in Q projectors like the above car did.

Thats actually a downgrade, the LS headlights are known for their amazing wide output and the projector swapped in this set of headlights are from a Q45, certainly the person wanted the bling factor rather than output.
Any how if anyone wants to repaint the bezel black then know this that you wont be able to use the factory glue once you open the headlights. Factory glue is semi solid and you would need to lay down a fresh layer of adhesive silicone to seal the headlights back together.

yup, completely agree with you. its to much...
but heres another picture of the white LS with the black headlight and grill, but from a angle shot.
and heres one that is almost completely blacked out, except for the white trimming around the lights and grill.
this is the car that make me wanna do mine all black.

I was gonna do it but my body guy said i should'nt cause it could lead to moisture getting in and fogging up the lens....i just think he did'nt want to do it but he does excellent work so i gave up on the idea.
