Curb rash not noticeable my a$$! I didn't see offset in the ad but maybe I missed it in my quick look Can't tell much without that. I'd say keep saving and get something better.

Ideally for the 9" wide front wheels to clear both strut in the inside and fender on the outside, it needs to be about 43~35... 255/35-20 is one size too wide for the front and it will scuff just a tad with 40~35mm offset. However this can be taken care of by rolling the inner lip and removing the plastic arch inner cover.
For the rear of the LS430, 275/30-20 fits fine on a 9.5" wide 20's and is about the same diameter as the 245/35-20 fronts to fool the brake sensors to not trigger the ABS fault.
Front wheels clearing the big LS430 calipers is a matter of wheel design than offset really...
The deeper the spokes or dish, the more likely it is an issue.
Most wheels designed for the luxury barges like the LS430, and Nissan Q45 though has very shallow spokes to clear them for 8 and 8.5" sizes...
The Wheel widths in 9" and 10" are designed for the rear usually and feature deeper rim (meaning closer spokes to the hub) for a given offset and may present issues clearing front brakes, if mounted there.
My Voltec V though at 35mm offset touches my caliper so I used a 3mm spacer to clear the brakes by about 1.5mm.
Whew that was close...as outside had only 4mm to spare before I killed my fenders. So now it tucks just under the rolled lip front fenders by 2mm or so.
The following photo is my LS430 with:
8.5x20F 245/35-20 at 32mm offset (35mm with 3mm spacer)
20x10R 275/30-20 with 38mm offset (40mm with 2mm spacer)
Yokohama S-Drive and Falken FK452 in the same sizes front or rear was the same results on clearance...
Falken FK452 was a little quieter tires, but Yokohama tracking slightly better on center.
It's about as close as I'd like to get without hammering away more at the fenders.
I can go another 3mm at the back with 275mm tires to 35mm offset I think... without actually 'flaring' the outside of the fenders.
