And don't force the adjustment if it doesn't move easily. There is a small star-wheel-like thing in there that keeps the high and low beams in sync. When I bought my '04 the low beams were all out of whack with the uppers. If I got the lows where I wanted them, then the highs lit up the tree tops. I gave up and took it to the dealer, who found both sides stripped. They had to pull the front bumper to get the beams lined up. At least that's what they said.
