In my opinion, a conservative offset would be 37-45mm. Under 37 and you're going to start running into issues with fender rubbing and steering kickback. It all depends on your priorities, whether you want functionality or radical looks.

My 20x8.5 front has a 38mm offset, and my 20x10 rear has a 40mm offset, and I don't have any clearance issues or steering kickback.

and rear side sun shade
and rear seat massager
and rear seat reclining
and dynamic laser cruise
and soft door closer

j/k .......none of which I have used either, except for the laser cruise once in a blue moon
First three is practically useless when you have a 2 baby seats there

$5000 is a huge budget...opens up alot of options for some nice rims.
Or you can get Andy's wheels since you already know they'll fit perfectly

Do the 04+ UL's have other settings besides normal ride height and high? If not, I guess you just use the data controller to lower it.

That's correct. Either normal or heigh. But who cares about ride hight when the rear seats massage you!? :P

Those VIP modular wheels would look HAWT on the LS. ESpecially in a brushed finish! Would look amazing on your flint mica beauty

Only problem is the 16 hour round-trip drive to get them :/ Esp considering I won't gamble with anything, especially hard earned $$$ :P
I agree those, the wheels are really good looking, I like them even in flat black.
