i think mines is one of the ones you are/were referring to. it was the only flint mica on ecru 05 UL (low mileage) i could find within 500 miles but i noticed that around the front bumper parking sensors that the paint looked a little bit off, now it is starting to chip a little around 2 of my parking sensors. what if anything can i do about this?? anyone think they might be obligated to respray it, again, or would possibly like to help a brotha out,,???

Can someone tell me about the warranty that they offer with these "certified" cars? What does it cover and for how long? Is the warranty included with the price of the car? Does warranty work need to be done at their shop?

They offer warranty at various prices and mileages. I did not go for it, but for my '04 the 3 year 75,000 total miles warranty was around $1700. The "certified" they talk about is not the same Lexus CPO of course, and it's only for I think 3 mo. or 3K miles. Not much as I went through 3K in about a month.

The warranty is through some underwriter, I think it was United Underwriters and you have to get repairs done at Autolenders to not have a deductable, but you can go to Lexus also. You just have to pay $100 deductable and Lexus has to get authorization first from the underwriter.
