Or, many times, folks have stuff in their arms and try to close the door and it doesn't close all the way. WIth this feature, you don't have to put down all the stuff in your arms to reopen the door in order to close it.

Plus, my wife simply loves that feature, and purposely doesn't close the door just to see it done automatically.
