+1 For setting "L" your rear rim should be level to your fender. Maybe you need to wait a bit longer
Just look at the valve screen to see if there is any activity.

I still think you should be lower. I still have to adjust the sensors on mine. They're not at their lowest settings and I sit here on "L":
