On my 2005 LS430 that i just got 2 weeks ago the factor rims the paint seems to be chipping and bubbling up what can that be caused from ?? also you guys have any clue were i can fing them in chrome other then the lexus dealership?

There are many factory wheel Chrome exchange companies that will do that. They will send you a newly chromed set of wheels, charge you it and a core fee, you then send them your stock wheels and then they will give you the core fee back. Just do a quick Google search for a location near you. Normally runs $100 to $125 per wheel.
