hey im thinking about trading my 01 ls430 in for a o6 gs300. the problems are 90k tune up, i need some suspension work done. the dealer wants to give me 17k for it and i own 20k. not sure on what i should do need major help by weekend.

Unfortunately for us the LS430 wholesale value is dropping so fast, but good for those looking to get one. That's how it. You can easily get upside down on the value if you bought is last year before the drop in prices. You did not say which package is your LS but it would only really be +/- $1000 in wholesale price for that year.
