I have the CompuStar alarm with remote start in my 04. It works great...if you don't mind spending around $800 for the top-of-the-line. It's worth it as it has many features. Doesn't the 430 deserve it?

for those of u that have an auto start alarm, do you still need to carry the lexus smart key around?

and do any of u guys know if there is a way to control after market air suspension/remote start/keyless all with one remote/alarm?

Dont the new Viper alarms have a Iphone phone capability with unlimited range, as well as other functions? I read about them on Autoblog. Now that is an alarm the ls desrves

 

Nice to see my old thread becoming alive. I ended up getting viper 5900 on last year's black friday for $160 shipped, installation was $150. Generally I have no complaints. Sometimes it doesn't work right in front of the car, but it's ok, people told me that it's viper's "sickness". Otherwise I love it, 1 mile range is great. Works good when a car is a few blocks away. Autostart is also great. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
