Default Extended warranty

Hi everyone.
I am considering extended warranty for my baby. But do I really need it since the car is so reliable?
As of now, 2 problems showed up: passenger side mirror is not closing all the way (this happens more often when it's wet or raining) and one of the front right parking sensors sometimes goes nuts (showing me that I'm close to something although I'm not). Are those problems expensive to fix without extended warranty?
If yes, how much this warranty costs and who's the best supplier?

Thank you.

Im not sure if your 01 qualifies for any kind of warranty from Lexus now....Lexus typically only cover cars for about 7 years. And one can only qualify for a new car extended warranty if the car was within the initial 4yr/50k bumper to bumper warranty at the time of the purchase of the extentded warranty.

please do not get any of the third party warranty from some XYZ company...more than likely they would never honor any of your claims anyway!!
