Lights in console

The height and power switches (next to the suspension switch) below the radio do not light up when the lights are on. Are they supposed to light up? If so, is it a fuse or is the bulb burnt out?

Now, do I need to replace a fuse or bulb? If bulb, how do I get behind the console?

You have to replace the entire switch. You can not access the bulbs......I have tried with mine.
