This is a base LS430, no nav, no ML sound. Carfax shows 2 owners car. Pretty clean. Not sure if it worth the money since it doesn't have all the options.
Also, here is another question I always want to ask you all.
what value does the factory nav have on the LS?
Imagine getting a used LS (01-03) with Nav, by next year, it will be kind of old and some days Lexus will stop offering disc update to those owners. Then what can we do? It kinda make the Nav "old". An old car with old nav?
Or just get a LS without Nav (maybe just use a portable like TomTom?)
Does the stock nav really that great? consider many of u doesn't like input while in motion issue (even though there are way to by pass that)
will a Lexus without nav looks un-Lexus to u?

I don't think we'll ever have to worry about not having nav disc upgrades. They make a grip of cash selling those things every year.
By the way, there's a totally badass member here (*ahem!*) selling a fully loaded LS430 Ultra with 25k fewer miles for not too much more than that. Check the for sale section

"Base model is OK" The base car is the same without a nav, bluetooth, cooled seats which work only fair, backup sensors, perforated leather(big deal). I guess to say it is still better than a benz or BMW is ones opinion but the drivetrain and all else is the same car. Benx and BMW have base models also.
I have the performance pkg retail 1300 bucks and smart key and if between the modern luxury or not I would take the latter and redo my basement with a full concert sound system.
I spend more time in my house than my car anyway. But for all you with more money or different values than I more power to you.
I upgrade from a 98 accord with 150 k, no problems by the way, and the base car the sound system the 5.9 in the 60 pmh dash is my bliss. All at a bargain california car.
