Default How to remove glue on window?

Hello everyone,
My 04 apparently had tint on the rear window, which someone took out. There are large patches of adhesive from the tint left. How do I get it off without damaging the wires for the defroster? I have no clue

They sell tint removal kits that break down the adhesive and safely remove the old tint adhesives. Pretty much a "soap" based solution, they work fairly good, but require some elbow grease.

Not with the fine steelwool you just scrub like if you was to use a rag it will not harm the defroster lines.

You could have also turned on the defroster to heat up the glass then used goo gone.

I don't have any tint, just the glue on the window. Should I use goo gone then?
