We're relatively a very small group here, and there is probably a low failure rate with these UL suspensions.
I assume that Lexus thinks that this is a problem, because they are sending their tech rep in here on the 23rd to go over all records, talk to the dealership, and meet with me. I received a call from the head of Lexus USA customer service. She was dissapointed that I am on my 7th warranty visit. She said she didn't believe that the car's suspension variance is within factory specs, and she was very unhappy with the customer service at the dealer level and at their level.
We'll see. She asked me to note weather conditions when the car sags. Lately, the car sits square more than it sags, so who knows.
Would I buy another Ultra - no. Fun toys, but too much non-essential things to go wrong. I would have been much better off with a custom luxury.
I don't know if I would even buy another Lexus. My local dealer has sold beyond their resources - they can't handle the business they've got.
I bought the LS, so I could own a car as long as I wanted to with confidence regarding reliability.
I will keep you guys posted when Lexus comes to visit.

Cheez ... sense your frustration about this whole thing but hopefully it will end in a positive resolution. No one wants to be facing a dilema like this. Thanks for keeping us all posted.
