Anyone have instructions on how to remove the rear bumper on a 02 LS430. I just bought a used one on Ebay and hope to replace mine myself.

Perhaps this will help, it is for a 2006. Rear Bumper.pdf All in all, not a really easy job. I was temped to pull off the bumper cover cover when doing the XM install, but decided to live with the small ding where my wife backed into a pole.

Just picked up a 2005 LS 430 and love it. The passenger rear parking sensor got knocked out and is floating inside the bumper. I bought an aftermarket replacement just for the trim ring, which is broken on the OEM one and would like to replace it.

I followed the guide, got all screws out, however, at Step 12(D) (page 76-10) of the PDF, I could not get the two plastic clips on each side to release trying everything.

Are there any tips to remove the bumper? I tried everything I know how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try a 7mm socket to push hopefully it closes the clip enough for you to push it thru
