Hello All,
I guess I am one of the newest owners of an LS430. I have always enjoyed forums associated with my vehicles, most recently being on e46fanatics (M3), ih8mud (FJ40) and classicbroncos (1970) (Yes, my taste is VERY diverse). I have already learned so much and I am happy to have found this place.
I will try to post some boring (stone-cold stock) photos of my 2006 UL after I get the Invision headrests installed tomorrow. I had to search quite awhile to find a Silver/Ecru with decent miles (35K) and a year of warranty left.
I plan on a few simple mods: some sort of Nav hack, like the Lockpick and DVD on Nav, tinted windows, maybe a data systems controller. I have dealer installed XM Radio already and the before-mentioned Invision headrests.

Thanks for the love!
Yes, the wait for the UL was well worth it... in fact, my father-in-law wants one now that his ES330 is so inadequate. I will get those photos by tomorrow.

I wanted to comment on the Invision headrest DVD players before I posted the pics.
The Invisions are very nice and look good. I will give the the facts and then some of my opinions. These units continue the movie where it left off when you shut down (excellent). The audio is either through the 2 included IR headphones or FM modulator, it cannot be hard-wired to your stereo (and I am fine with that). 95% of the user interface will be through one of the 2 included remote controls. The actually unit only has the following buttons: Power, Source, Play, Pause, Eject and no others (bummer). Each unit has an RCA cable input jack on the front (for the PS3). They also have an aux input (for ipods, etc.). Both monitors can play the same DVD or indepently.
Things I wish mine had that other units may: I wish I did not have to turn on the power to each monitor everytime I start up the vehicle. If you want to show 1 movie on both monitors, you need to change the source on the slave unit EACH time you power up. So whenever I get in the car with both kids, I pull out the remote, press "DVD A", "Power", "DVD B", "Power", and then "Source", "Source", "Source" to have both moniters show the same video.
Not a big deal, but maybe I am spoiled by a car that automatically lowers the sunshade, adjusts my mirrors, turns on a rear-view camera and lets me know if I am to close to something when I put the car in reverse.
My only other want for these units would be for touch screen interfaces. I believe some of the other brands have it, which would be great for when the remotes are lost or lose battery power.
Pictures to follow below.
