Hello, I think I am going to be looking for a 2004-2006 LS430 the next year or so. I know this is a rare combo, so I have time, especially with me being deployed right now. I was wondering by chance, if anybody knows or could find out how many of these were made, or even 2004-2006 saddle leather equipped interiors were bought/ordered throughout these years? It would be nice to know how likely of a chance it is for me to find one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do a search on the forum for "UL" and you'll find a thread on how many Ultra level vehicles were made. I'm not sure, but I believe the saddle interior was only available on Ultra and Custom interior. 2004 was good, but 2006 was the lowest number of UL produced by Lexus.
Anyway, good combo, but you might have a long long wait...

I am fine with the long wait. It took me 3 years to find my SC300, 4 years to find my 3 MR2s, and 3 years to find my ae86. And with the LS430, I know for a fact, I want this to be perfect as this will be my luxury daily driver and I will not mod it other than air ride controller, a set of wheels, and maybe a g-answer lip kit. So yeah, this has got to be perfect. haha
Thanks for the tip on searching for "UL". But that is too short of a search word to find on the forums I believe.

I've got a Buddy in ATL who has a 430--it's a 5-speed so it's earlier than '04 that I distinctly remember having saddle interior, and he made some crack about telling women the color was "black cherry." I'm 99% sure the car isn't a UL; it might be a CL. Sadly, it's nasty. He's not a car guy and he parks it on the street outside his apartment. I think the best treatment it gets is an occasional automated car wash. The interior is wretched. I'd call him and ask the particulars, but he's so clueless I'm not sure he could give me the information. He has it serviced at the dealership, so it's probably in great mechanical condition.

Hey, it wouldn't hurt to just write to Lexus corporate and ask for how many Lexus '04-'06 in Black Cherry with Saddle interior they produced. This way, you know exactly what you're looking at. If the answer is none, then you know no need waiting for nothing.
It's always tough in used car market having very very specific requirements. If you say I want dark color, light interior, has atleast NAV... then you're range of LS is wide and far. If you want UL, black cherry, saddle, low miles, good price... then we're talking very little to possibly none.
Again, give Lexus a try... you might be surprised as answers.

you'll wait for ever buddy, never seen cherry with saddle... Black, White, Flint. 2006 Saddle interior is limited to Flint Mica and Black Onyx exteriors ONLY. I know Lexus DOES NOT take custom orders, so you'll never find cherry with saddle.
