have you checked w/ the dealer ship to see if it might still be under warranty?

The rear window, or the rear door sunscreen? Also, what is not working, no movement at all, or shade is broken off? There were some here saying there is a small rod that holds the screen on, maybe it's bad?

Anyway, besides dealer to get the specific part, can't see a local shop doing anything more than check the electrical if it's not running at all.

the sunscreen itself will not roll back in.everything else work i made a mess of it trying to get an airfreshener that fell in.........now the screen just sag
