Of course you can. The trans fluid change is perhaps the most technically challenging on that list, and must be done correctly by a Lexus knowledgeable technician.

 

120,000 mile service already done as your Carfax states, no need to do it again. check Lexus of leigh High valley for details. biggie on that list is the spark plugs which lexus charges $400 to replace. diff fluid is about $75. transmission service is about $180 so it all adds up. but like I said no need to do it again. save your money
