^ appears aftermarket to me. looks like it doesn't match or fit properly. i hope lexus would not offer a cheap looking option like that.

 

its aftermarket. you can buy a whole kit to do the doors and cup holder and pretty much anything else.

 

this kit will however be the same low quality stickers. they do offer true wood replacement pieces for around the radio controls above the 6 disc changer and around the nav. i have seen these pieces on a japanese sight b4 but i have no clue on how to order them. group buy perhaps ehhhh?

 

No OEM Lexus, all aftermarket. Just a matter of getting cheapie sticker type or real wood. Either way, not factory, so something will be off.

I was looking at an '06 LS 430 at JM Lexus in Florida (south Florida, Boca/Ft. Lauderdale vacinity, but I forget the city -- you can look up JM Lexus) and it had the kit on it. I did not want the kit myself, but when I asked the sales guy where it came from he said that they installed it there. SOOOO, you might be able to call JM Lexus parts and track one down.
