Default i'm a lexus noob!

i been reading around and i see the letter UL and i dont know what that means. and i read something about buying a control to lower your car with the stock air ride? if this is possible what is it call?

if you have the UL (ultra luxury) package which comes with every option available for that model year, at least for the ls430 (not sure about other lex models) it will come with air suspension. if you have this factory air suspension you can buy a controller, there are a few of them out there but the asus asc680 'datasystems controller' as it is better known as allows you to override the vehicles factory air suspension controls and raise the vehicle or lower the vehicle to its max limits. i am just throwing a number out there but it seems that with this controller the vehicle has a range of about 1 foot (12 inches) of travel, maybe a little more, maybe a little less. from the factory all you can do is hit the high button and i believe the car lifts up about 2 inches. i think the car also will lower slightly at highway speeds but there is no way to do this manually without the addition of the aftermarket controller.
