the 180k car had an asking price of $9k. $11k is for a lower mileage car I found later w 130k miles. I'm not in a super hurry just upset people can't keep their word.

Here is one with a great price with half the miles... Take a look http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...eadExists=true
Playing around with a guy that does not keep his word is bad MOJO.. What he does not understand is that only one person has to hear what he did that is in the market for a house, and pick someone else because of his greedy actions to you. That will cost him so much more in the long run, and others will shy from him also.... One bad deed will be told to 250 people, one research said. and that was before the Internet.

I feel you fellow member Rcantu!!!
Don't get me wrong, there are alot of good people(decent at the least) in the universe but, when it comes to money(business) never trust anyone. If the deal isn't ok with you don't stress it, move on to find a better deal. Business is like playing chess. Human emotion makes most people buy things priced to high or not worth it at all. The real estate agent as many others have priced the car at a price he knows its not worth but, if someone is unwise enough to buy it at the high price he set, he will let them.
I run a couple of businesses and see this all the time. Money changes everything when it comes to good people!!! It shows you the true character of people when it comes to business.
Me myself, I had a chance 5 years ago to sell my home for an extra $25,000 to a buyer. I declined when my real estate agent whom at first priced my home at a price $25,000 less at the last minute knowing the customer was desperate and loved my house said raise the price on the buyer. My character was tested and I look back with a smile. Found out the nice young couple lost the home to foreclosure. Felt truly bad for them. My declining the extra $25,000 added to my house price didnt stop them from losing the house but, it didnt contribute. Real estate agents with all due respect just are doing there job so I have no ill will at all to my ex-agent or any agents!
Keep the mind of who you are and want in place when you buy your new LS430 and dont waiver on what YOU want fellow member. All The Best. L.G.N.M

Thanks guys for all the advice. I actually found a toy car today that I may pick up for now while I look for a nice LS. It's a 03 MINI. I needed something to play with anyhow and that should fit the bill.
