Default Dual Outlet Mufflers

Has anyone modified their rear lip for dual outlet mufflers? I have seen pictures of LS430's with this done, but have not been able to find info. I'm not into a body kit at this time, but am hoping to do the dual outlets. Any info as to parts, inserts, experience in modifying the factory lip, ect would be great. Thanks in advance.

To do the conversion you need the trunk, all 4 pieces of the taillights, and ppl say the rear bumper,....but I don't really think you need it.
