will a 680L controller work on a 430?

I have a 430 and was wondering if a 680L controller will work with my car with the appropriate harness. Or does this controller only work for 460 and 600s?

where would i be able to purchase just a harness?

everywhere i have read says that the 680L is only for 07+ 460's or i guess 600's.

how can you tell if its a 680L? the controller has "asc680" below the screen, but the seller is saying that it came out of a LS460L

The ASC680 and 680L are identical but the "L" was made specifically for the 4th gen LS only

If it is did come out of a 460L it would have to be the 680L
