Not true, I just bought a set. The part's guy you talked to have no clue. It is an OEM Toyota part, they will sell it for another 20+ years. They still sell every single parts for the 1990 LS400. This is Toyota, not Oldsmobile.

The Rear Struts are only $49 a piece, and the fronts are $117 a piece.
I don't know what you were looking at, but the set of OEM sport shock I bought from Lexus parts world are the following, compare to the regular shocks:

The fronts are ~$20 cheaper @ $170, the rears are $60 more expensive @ $175.

If they are really the OEM sport shock for $49 and $117, hurry up and buy them, that is very cheap!

The ones you found looks correct, buy them, that is cheap!

I need a new Strut, so I thought since I was going to have Lexus replace the springs and struts all at one time so I wont waste another trip to replace springs later.

Open to all suggestions - I need them quick though, my brakes are very bad too, so I'll just have Lexus replace everything at once.
My car is lowered on stock struts and i have no problems with it

Here we are again, sorry to bring it up. But will the sport struts off the 04-06 fit the 01-03 LS430?

I am pretty sure all 01-06 LS430s have the same mounting points for the struts, but don't believe me 100%, as I know only 04-06 cars.

What happened to the cheap 01-03 sport struts you found?

Ok so I just confirmed that they will fit - Called a different dealer.

The 01-03 struts I found on Carson sounded OK, but I didn't want to buy them, and they be something totally different than what I want. This way I know I'm getting the shocks I want.

Thanks for the help guys
