Saw a 2006 ultra luxury ls selling for $24,000 with 76000 miles. car seems to be clean. should i be concerned with such high miles for the year of this car? i also read that the air suspension on these cars go bad often and are quite expensive. Is this true for all years on this model or only for the older models as maybe lexus improved the issue.
Thank you in advance

I don't have the UL for the exact reason of not wanting to later on deal with the air suspension at some point (plus, I have three kids, so ultra blows the rear seat features). With that said, don't take the forum numbers of the air suspension failures at typical or that it WILL OCCUR at some mileage point. As you know, those that come on forums are two types, those that have plenty of 2cents to spare (like me) and those that have issues. No one is just coming online to phrase and rant about how great their car is.
After reading here, it doesn't seem like the air suspension is something that was abnormally bad, but just something that is expensive to fix if it does go bad.
$24K for a UL 2006 with 76K I think is a good to fair deal. Cut it to $22K or less, and then it's a really good deal.

i think its kinda high mileage but if your okay with the mileage then its definitely a pretty good deal for an 06 UL at 24k or even better at like 22-23k. call lex and give them the vin and see if they have service records on it...

I don't know where these other guys lie but that appears to be a great deal at 24K. In Atlanta you would pay 10K more last November for a 2006 with only 34K and I thought it was a steal.
