Don't get me wrong, the LS430 is my favorite Lexus of all time, I am not here to bash it. But GRAND_LS 4 was saying this air strut thing is not really a big deal, I was just saying it can be a pretty big deal if your beloved UL is disabled and you don't want to pay the ~$6000 bill.
Actually, just to clarify, i didn't mean it from the financial sense. $6,000 as you say in the worse case scenario is a large sum of money for most of us that had purchased these cars second hand. My only point was the frequency in which this takes place is comparably low to the amount of coverage it was getting.
admittedly, one of the main reasons i purchased the extended warranty was because i did not want to deal with air suspension repairs down the road.

Thanks for concurring

That is because the rest of the car is so flawless, this only problem becomes a very big deal. Otherwise, we got nothing else to talk about
Thanks ... because you have so much more other information to share as one of the most knowledgeable people in this forum.
Thank you, I appreciate that
Sorry for being so negative there.
Believe me, I have nothing but prise about the LS430 and all things Lexus with the general public, I don't want to taint the pristine imagine of Lexus. I am a total Lexus fanboy, Lexus is my favorite car brand, by far
I only share the truth on forum here with you guys
To pull a 180 on this thread, my car has over 127,000 miles on it and has never had any problems with the air suspension. It may not be the norm, but obviously not all fail early on.

Thanks Boomer01 that is exactly the point I have been trying to make without upsetting the couple of unfortunate guys with the problems.
