how much room do you have with your current rims? What is your current offset?
Compare the difference between current offset vs. +30 offset and how much room you have (measure in MM), you will get a rough idea.

I currently dont have any rims on there right now. The car is has a pretty decent drop right now. I want to see if I can squeeze a +30 offset in the rear running a 20x10.5. Stretched tires is a definite..

I think some fender work is going to be needed. I have a 19X10 +30 and I had to roll my fenders for a decent drop.
