UL Alignment keeps going off!!! *help please*
hey everyone, so this is my second time doing my alignmet on my UL ls430.. and its going off again just after 2 days of driving. I tried 2 different shops, and both of them corrected it at first but ended up going off just after abit of driving. It pulls to the right, and its pretty much always end up on the same spot.. any ideas on what could be causing this problem? could it be suspension problem considering its runningon air suspension?
the first time i did my alignment was w/o my data controller.. and it still was messed.. and now that i installed my data controller i did an alignment again.. and still its messed.
please help.. any info will be appreciated!

If it's initially okay but then drifting out of alignment over a short period of time, it sounds like something is messed up about the suspension or the adjustment mechanisms, else it wouldn't be drifting back out. This is assuming the mechanics tightened everything back to spec after making any adjustments. You wouldn't expect two in a row to make the same mistake, so sounds like it could be a stripped bolt, or worn bushing, or something that they aren't noticing somehow. You need to find someone to check it out and track down the problem before re-aligning it. If you don't know an expert, I'd recommend trying a Lexus dealer.

^^ agreed with I6turbo here, something in your suspension is loose or broken to cause the suspension geometry to change after a bit of driving. And you said "always end up on the same spot", that might mean that same loose or broken part is causing the same problems. Is there any clunking sounds from your suspension?
Another reason I can think of is your air suspension computer or your height sensors are freaking out and making your car sit crooked while driving. Different height changes the alignment completely. It could be freaking out the same way making it end up at the same spot both times. It is hard to notice height change while you are driving. I don't think this is the case here though, since if the computer is freaking out, the car would sit crooked standing still also.

Whoever did the alignment probably left one or more adjusting bolts looser than spec. Some bolts are pretty high torque spec which is pretty hard to achieve from under the car with two wrenches. Like the front lower a arm adjusting bolt is a whopping 127 lbs. Looser than that causes problems, big time...

I was told by a tech that the LS430 is known for drifting to the right. Mine currently has this problem. After playing with my stock air setup and putting new wheels on, I'm due for an alignment

I have the same problem on my 02ul and I just hade to raise my controller all the way up then align it but also reset the code link or also known as the SAS (steering angle sensor) because of the sensor reads (example) 4 degrees to the right then the steering wheel sensor is going to think the 4degrees to the right is where straight is. S meaning that could cause a pull or drift.
