What do you think of this price for 2004 LS430?

I bought my LS430 in May. The selling dealer let me have the car for 1/2 day before I bought it.
I checked the Carfax.
I took it to the Lexus dealer. They had the complete service history on the car, and the build sheet. (MSRP was $61,939).
After the dealer, I took it to a high end body shop.
They looked it over carefully for 25 minutes, said the rear bumper had been painted and the windshield had been replaced.
Then I drove it to a high end detail shop. They looked at it, said it looked good, but the tint on the front windows wasn't legal.
I paid $20,500 for it. It had 56,000 miles in May. I'm very happy with it.

- Did you pay to have the dealer do an inspection?
- I understand the its quite common for front or rear bumpers to get repainted because, well, they get bumped.
- Did you take it to the detail shop because you suspected the tint and/or wanted to check for water damage?
