From these two pictures, they do look perforated. I think they would have to be in order to get the a/c air out of the seats. Looks a little worn, but used so can't be too bad.

I can see all the photos now. Yes, I saw this too. It seems to be the same color as the shiftgate plastic, rather than wood. Very interesting how Lexus has variances in interior for European as well as even Canadian versions.![Sad](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/sad.gif)
