DEALER broke my roof antenna while oil change

I think Toyota charged me $78 for oil/filter change, mobil1 5w30 synthetic. But, I didn't like their service. I felt their service like Walmart service, they don't treat the car very well. I guess next time I am taking it to Kenny Kent Lexus of Evansville. Its 90 mile from me, but it worth to drive for maintenance to there.

Honestly, what happened to you could have easily happened at the Lexus dealership because they use the same type car wash.

Wow, at Lexus of Bellevue (in Washington State, the second largest Lexus dealer I'm told), here is the cost break down the last time I got my oil change.
$7.84 for Oil Filter Part 90915-YZZD3
$4.20 for Gasket Part 90430-12031
$23.38 ($4.25 x 5.5 qt) 5w30 oil
$40.95 for Labor
includes exterior wash and vacuum. Driver seat is covered in full plastic, floor covered in paper and steering wheel is also covered in plastic.
Add in Tax and I'm at around $83-$84 bucks. The quote I got at the Toyota dealer was half that. If your Lexus dealer charges $50, I wouldn't even hesitate bringing it in as that's a pretty good deal.
