finally got time to do small mods again..i finally shave the trunk letterings, respray the whole trunk and respray the rear bumper where the dealership short cut on.

also strip all the paint off the chrome trim, and paint the smaller portion to match the door handles. i was debating either that or buy vellfire handles to match the oem chrome trim i am glad i went this route.

also added rear parking/brake leds. it was originally for my wife's gs with that i want to add to the prussian blue half bumper. but that project i abandon it so decide to put it on mine. i am not sure if i want the trim black or silver just yet. may be paint it later if i decide black color throws it off

I had no problem with Toyota badges when thats what they were called in Japan. Now that Japan has adopted the Lexus branding, I think using those badges is not cool. Especially one with faux diamonds.

Nice car though.

Yeah except they adopted the Lexus branding after this model (ie LS460/600). The LS430 is still a Toyota Celsior in Japan so the badges match the JDM theme.

That is true. Actually the UCF30 is a Toyota Celsior in most of the world, not just Japan. The Lexus brand is not very common in the world during the UCF30's era.

If i'm not mistaken, UCF30/31 Celsior's were sold in Japan only.
Peace ;]

Looks good Samson. I like the shaved emblems. I need to do that myself one day.

sorry guys is been 6 months since i did anything new to the car...because me and my wife got a new addition to my family that keep us pretty busy. it is a little better now so i force myself to add some new mods. finally decided to take out the oem ul struts. nothing wrong with them however i want to go lower. so i got the airrunner on the ground series air suspension. it went so low that i have to redial in all the stance...plus is a good idea to set it up for my next set of wheels

so here it is...yeah is dirty but at least is back on the ground
