Warning light -red triangle
I don't have an owners manual. I have a 2004 LS 430. A red triangle with exclamation mark in the middle just lit up on my dash. What does that mean?

That red triangle is different than the "check engine" light which is your normal indicator that looks like an engine. The red triangle is warning light for things like low tire pressure, battery low (for key), brakes on, etc. If no one posts yet, I'll post later from the manual what that light covers. There was an extensive list (about 10 items I think) that it covered.

Triangle with exclamation mark
This is a caution light and will alert you on various reasons my reason was low wiper washer fluid, but if when that light appears you pay attention to the message center (odometer reading) it will tell you what the problem is. Wow dont ya just love your Lexus.

Would not ever be my first choice given the steep prices. Except warranty services, dealer is not the best option for a 13 year old car..... Find a reputable with references independent...... Yelp or other review options will help with the selection.

Doesn't Specify...
There doesn't seem to be a way to get the message centre to relay the specific information to you, or is there?
(If not, it would seem like a clossal waste of time to have to take it to the dealer just to find out that it's windshield wiper fluid, battery or tire pressure.)
