I am almost at 170K miles with my 2003 LS430. I feel like it's starting to run sluggish compared to when I first bought it. Is there anything I can do to maybe make it run better? It runs very nice when it's first started, but when it warms up it just seems like it's far less responsive and less powerful. I just replaced my spark plugs (NGK) and have been running Lucas Injector cleaner through the fuel system for about a month now (32 ounces). I think the Last time Lexus had it was when I took it in for the 120K mile service.

The car in high heat 90+ boggs at low acceleration at times, but only in heat. I have the injen intake, but I feel like that could be part of the problem as well.

This may have been covered, but I searched and went through about 4 pages and just decided to post.

Try a tank of some other top tier gas without the FI cleaner. If it's not clean by now, it's not getting any cleaner.

After running that much injector cleaner, try oil change, perhaps give Autorx a try also.
