The dealer called this morning and stated that the listed mileage is correct and the carfax must be a typo. He also said the car is a modern luxury level. (Oops, still wrong.)
I'm passing on this one. I'm targeting a 30K 05-06 CL or ML in late winter / early spring.
I love this part:
Please confirm the accuracy of the included equipment by calling the dealer.
The two numbers seem very close to Km and miles (28 to 46) convertion, so maybe one is listing as wrong u/m? Although, the picture does show 28K in miles, maybe Carfax in Km for some reason?

alright thats enough star wars references for one thread this thread is about stupid shady car dealers and their weak attempt to fool unsuspecting buyers.

Just to get back on thread... when I was searching for LS, I noticed that most people were listing "ULTRA" luxury as a term for the vehicle in general. Either they did not know there was trim called Ultra Luxury or it was attempt at fraud, but they would list it has ultra luxury and blah blah... but then when you look at the pictures, it didn't even have the NAV.
Even at the place that I eventually bought my LS, they had a few LS mis-labeled and even one it said LS430, but it was a picture of an ES350. That's like going to buy a Porsche and you leave with a porch...
