New tires on 2004 sport
I need to replace all 4 tires. Currently I have 245/45/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. Don't know if I can afford new ones so I'm looking less expensive options.
Options I was given:
Yokohoma YK520
BF Goodrich G-Force Super Sport A/S 245/45zr/18
Want to keep same size and specs - just want to know what can come closest to the Michelin without costing as much. Or, are these choices totally wrong and I should go with the Michelin.
Don't know much about cars, and basically just want to keep close to current ride as possible. Easy highway driving. Safety must with young child.
Thanks.

I'm lean toward Yoko more as good experience with Yoko S.drive and better review in Tirerack than BF Goodrich. Pretty sure all tires must pass government safety test before put on the market, the only different I think is in the material being used and processes. If safety a must and peace of mind then Michelin as can't bring back a person but you can cut back on eating out or shopping. Just think this as a gift for this hoiday season. Hopefullly my personal opinions help and read more reviews before final decision. Early happy holiday to you and family .
