i looked under the dash and i dont have a button under there. so what do i do to reset the light. do i have to take to the dealership. last week i had a blowout on the highway (ran over something). put on full size spare. next day went to tire shop and bought a used tire because i was i a hurry to get out of town. well the low tire light did not come on. about 4 hrs later the low tire light came on and i found out i had a screw in another tire (yea i know, bad luck). got the tire plugged. the light is still on. all tires are up to psi. the used tire i bought is the same size as the other tires just different company.(only for time being) so what do i do gentleman?

04-06 models do not have TPMS sensors. That feature was introduced with the new LS460 in 2007.
As mentioned before, the 04-06 models uses the ABS to determine revs per revolution of the tire. You have to add air to exact spec on all four corners prior initializing so the system can determine the allowed threshold. So its understanding of deflation is what you determine it to be when you first initialize it. The spare is completely out of the system's loop.
The button can be found next to the smart key's on/off switch above the drives right knee under the dash.

hey guys thanks for the responses but im tryn to understand exactly what u mean by 'deflation' whatever. do i deflate the tires then inflate to correct psi? and i do not have a button above the right knee under the dash (u are talking about below the steering wheel right?) so i hope im not being a burden but im getting all these answers and my low tire light is still on. thanks for all that u all do. you are so helpful.

I had to hold the reset button IN for almost 25 seconds for the "Initialize" to appear. All doors closed and ignition set on ON but the engine is not running.
