I'd mask off the face of the wheel and then sand down the chipping area and repaint myself. You will have to do some research on the exact paint type. Maybe someone on the board can supply that info. Or you could like find a wheel repair shop and have it repaired or exchange it - find it on the internet, if not local- they send you a new or repaired wheel and you ship them back the old wheel - some of these have pretty reasonable pricing.
Ask some local used car dealers for names of wheel refinishing firms in your area. I recently returned my son's lease car and the inspection report included almost $400 in excess wear charges to replace a wheel that was scraped up. The salesman gave me the number for a local firm that came to the car and refinished the wheel to look new for about $130.
you'd be able to buy a used wheel in much better shape than yours on Ebay. pretty reasonable prices including shipping. not worth trying to repair yourself.
sorry guys..it is a ES300 wheel but i didnt get much help in ES forum so i had to choose other options..
Well looks like an expensive procedure for the chip wheel..
Like I said, check with dealers about a local wheel refinishing service. My son's wheel looked about the same as yours and they restored it completely.
